    It was actually very good, but I can’t really call it pizza. 

    They call it “craft pizza” here. He is old country. His pies are more similar to the pizza we got in Rome than the pies we got in Brooklyn—if that makes any sense at all. 

    On the other hand, he also learned how to make a killer Detroit slab.

    It was very tasty..very rare to order from someone else..
    can't find wood oven easy here..

    I think it is the giant slices of ham (?) that are throwing us off.  Is there any sauce on that pie?
