No alcohol to be sold in Sweden after 22.00 in the evenings. I think UK and France has similiar rules(?)
Isn't the whole point of the 24-hour clock so you don't have to specify morning/evenings?

yes they did, but it won't matter. millions will still believe that:

    a) this is trump's win
    b) pfizer delayed the announcement until after the election on purpose to let biden win

in today's day, a response is nothing but pissing in the wind. once the first incendiary claim is out there, that monster is invincible.
I would agree with you on A. But the timing is too good for there not to be some truth behind B. It’s not like these things happen over night, they could have made the announcement a week earlier.Maybe it was more to spite Trump than help Biden, or to keep him from taking credit.  But the timing is too perfect to not be suspect.

Maybe the board at Pfizer took a look at 135,000 cases a day and said * *

Maybe the board at Pfizer took a look at deaths climbing to 1400 a day and said * *

Maybe the board at Pfizer took a look at refrigerated trucks being rushed to places like El Paso and Utah to store all the dead bodies and said * *

Maybe the board at Pfizer took a look at all the lies and blatant disregard for public health that an idiotic 47% in this country approved of and said * *

    * * = use imagination.
22% if you are talking total population, 31% if you are talking electorate and this is assuming all of those who voted for him also approved his handling of the pandemic. This “half of the country“ nonsense needs to stop, constantly spewing this on every issue is not a good look for either side. Same with saying all democrats or all republicans are "xyz". It is lazy and sending a dangerous message to those who are not yet wise enough to realize everything they read on the internet is not true. People can create change much faster than any government and right now I just see two factions taking every shot they can at each other thinking that they speak for the rest of us while doing it.

the CEO of pfizer addressed this and said they couldn't announce anything until they hit a certain number of covid infections in the study, and then anazlyze it. they simply didn't hit that number until after the election. it's all in the data.

edit: just saw your later comments on the matter.

We all need to prepare for a second trump term.
    LOL. Not going to happen.
i can't see it either. once he gets back to his day to day bullshit of doing nothing but golfing and eating and living the high life, slowly the ego issue of losing will go away. i can't imagine why a guy like him would want to spend his possible remaining years in office. we know why biden did it. but trump doesn't have to.

but with trump, you simply never know.

it's just hard to know what the state of his popularity will be in 4 years. maybe his cultists will move on, maybe it will grow. who knows. i guess it depends if he gets banned from twitter, which i think is a high possibility.

The fact that the Pfizer vaccine needs to be kept at -70oC throughout the distribution chain is concerning. This will definitely cause serious wrinkles in the supply, even for those of us who live in major population centres. It will be next to impossible to provide to remote communities, including First Nations communities, and in much of the less developed world. We have to hope that other efficacious vaccines that don't require such complex storage capacity come on line soon.

We also of course don't have safety data, nor any real efficacy data on the pfizer vaccine. Time will tell.

I read they plan to pack and store with dry ice, but even then only lasts like 48 hours or something. So it’s definitely going to make it difficult.

How about the hospitals that are keeping staff to work even though they’ve tested positive! Unreal every single state in this country had increases in cases today every single state 🤢

I would love to see a survey regarding the political affiliation of those infected with Covid-19.

i would too. i have an idea how it would skew, but i know some pretty progressive people that had gotten it early on before fauci recommended masks.

my teammate's dad and sister tested positive last week. fortunately i have not been around him for about 10 days and he has tested negative since his family tested positive.

Fantasizing about a political dunk is an appalling way to approach a pandemic. When all is said and done, it will have torn through every type of community imaginable. No one has had an easy time - even sparsely populated areas are spiking right now. You want to find a common theme? Our most vulnerable populations - the elderly and indigent.

You wanna know what privelege is? Seeing 1.3 million deaths to date and snarkily wondering aloud if more Trump voters caught it.

I did read some statistical reporting on the correlation of covid numbers and states Trump won. It wasn't good. I just don’t remember the numbers or the source, but the info is out there
