    It's a combo of my two favorite bands.

    I think I came up with it in the summer of 2003 when I was all over the country following both bands.
    First show: 3 November 1993 (San Diego)...

    Well..... it's partly from present tense(leaning out to catch the sun's rays....) and I also love real sun catchers, you know like hanging crystals in the windows. I also live where there is a lot of sun and I love it!!!

    I first joined the unofficial official Pearl Jam chat room back when No Code was about to come out and I chose "aNiMaL" because I thought (then) than that, A) that was a cool way to tYpE it, and B) I really liked the Mupets character and Pearl Jam song, Animal, so that sealed the deal. That was to be my "online" Pearl Jam community name. When I joined up here around Benaroya Hall 2003, I stuck with the same name.

    My boyfriend, at the time, called me Kenlers because my name is Kenlie so it just kind of made sense. Years later I haven't changed it because I wouldn't want to start over with a new name and new info.
