    That wouldn't make a difference here, but if the election was really Harris vs. Trump, the polls may be very different. So those two should watch what they say. Biden mixing up the order of the names on the ticket is just Biden being Biden. But Harris saying the words "A Harris administration" comes off like a Freudian slip.
