Should Pearl Jam presell tour posters online?

You were reading my mind! I was going to make a list of the things that would continue to make the $40 membership fee worth purchasing year in and out. Otherwise if they don't start offering things like this for that membership tier, everyone is just going to start renewing at the lower $20 membership tier, myself included.
I mean think about it, how many more people would they get to increase their membership commitment to the $40 level simply by making the show poster pre-sale an option? They could even offer this in a way that won't cost them much overhead if any at all in order to offer this option to the fans. Terms could simply be; If you're an Analog member and have verified fan club tickets to the show, you have the option to pre-purchase and pick up the day of the show. No S&H BS for them to even deal with. BOOM!
For as amazing as the fan club is, sometimes it seems like they miss out on some of the most obvious things they could be doing to keep it exciting for fan club members to see the value in continuing to renew their memberships every year. I'll be honest, it seems like over the past 10 years things have gotten kind of stale as they know they can count of X number of renewals simply because of the seniority perk when it comes to ticket sales.0 -

I see. I voted for the second alternative. I don't like lines anymore0

Everybody else is doing it so why can't we?... I am not in the business of being liked anymore ...0

And thanks myoung321 for showing photos. It's interesting to see.0

Sell online, but you should be able to buy the poster and shirt for the shows that you win in 10c lottery at the time you enter and win - that way you have to have gone to the said show. Since 10c is only 20-40% of the arena. Posters and shirts for everyone else at the venue. I dont want to cart that stuff around..esp in the GA..

It would be great if we can pre order posters, event shits and stickers & pins!0

I really hope they decide to finally let us buy posters and shirts from the shows online. I just can't justify standing in a line for hours to buy a poster and shirt. This would also cut down on some of the flipping and help get the stuff into the hands of fans who want a keepsake from the show. The ONLY thing I can see preventing this is the venue objecting, as they do take a cut from onsite sales.1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, CaliforniaNothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
2022- Oakland Night 2

The same fans that shout down anyone pointing out tickets are way below market value and that’s the only possible way it can be done for every ticket, have no issue with a band that goes out of its way to drive up the market value of its merchandise.

i thought the artist supplies the art for the show posters free of charge to the band and then gets paid from the proceeds when they do their AP release after the show.If everyone gets a poster online before the shows who is going to pay for an AP? I’m sure some artists will still sell out but a lot of artists might not be able to do that if there isn’t a demand.1996: Randall's Island 2 1998: East Rutherford | MSG 1 & 2 2000: Cincinnati | Columbus | Jones Beach 1, 2, & 3 | Boston 1 | Camden 1 & 2 2003: Philadelphia | Uniondale | MSG 1 & 2 | Holmdel 2005: Atlantic City 1 2006: Camden 1 | East Rutherford 1 & 2 2008: Camden 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 (#25) | Newark (EV) 2009: Philadelphia 1, 2 & 4 2010: Newark | MSG 1 & 2 2011: Toronto 1 2013: Wrigley Field | Brooklyn 2 | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2015: Central Park 2016: Philadelphia 1 & 2 | MSG 1 & 2 | Fenway Park 2 | MSG (TOTD) 2017: Brooklyn (RnR HOF) 2020: MSG | Asbury Park 2021: Asbury Park 2022: MSG | Camden | Nashville 2024: MSG 1 & 2 (#50) | Philadelphia 1 & 2 | Baltimore 2025: Raleigh0 -
