Hartford was actually 9 days after Worcester back in 2013. They played Brooklyn and Philly two times each in between.Weston1283 said:Also, in 2013 they played XL center in Hartford just days after 2 nights at DCU center in Worcester, which is exactly 1 hour apart driving and only 63 miles. Then in 2016 they played shows at both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale which is just as close
I don't think 2 nights at Fenway would impact a Hartford show in any way0 -

I don't think 2 nights at Fenway would impact a Hartford show in any wayExcept it did in 2016 and 2018. Hartford went from being a regular stop in 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2013 to being skipped.Trust me, I hope you are right and they do play both. But history isn't on the side of that happening.___________________________________________

It was by a stroke of luck that they did, given the weather conditions. People were being sent back to their cars to wait out the lightning.BSully said:BSully said:Lost In Ohio said:There's a couple Facebook rumors of Indianapolis/Noblesville, where they played in 1998, 2000 and 2003.
Wow...it's been so long for us. I can't think of the last time I could go home the same night after seeing them in concert!
Obviously the answer is May of 2010...but you know. That would be awesome.
I'll never forget that...I had just shown up and walked up to the gate...and right back to the car!!!

Wait so is "Sea Hear Now Festival" all but confirmed? I'm looking for an excuse to check out Asbury Park. Even if it's a festival set I'll take it.

The Joint would be amazing!! But that only seats like 2,000 or so. Seen a few good bands there at the Joint, but PJ is just too big for that place.kaw753 said:
Hard Rock has closed or will close soon for a major renovation. Will reopen as a Virgin Hotel and Casino in the fall and will clearly need a major headliner to do a residency at The Joint. If they can sell out to Ticketmaster, why not Vegas?PearlJamFanLV said:Las Vegas damnit!! 13 years since last visit, we now have the T-mobile and Raider stadium for them to play in, both state of the art facilities. Just do it already. Since I moved from Boston they have only played twice here, but at least a dozen times in Boston in that same time frame.0 -
That would be freaking amazing. But I think it's closer to 2021 to open date.teskeinc said:
Don’t forget the MSG Sphere opens later in 2020. It’s basically the premiere concert venue in the world. Speakers in the floor and walls. Look up the renderings, it’s going to be sick. I’d love to see the outside lit up with the cover of Ten!PearlJamFanLV said:Las Vegas damnit!! 13 years since last visit, we now have the T-mobile and Raider stadium for them to play in, both state of the art facilities. I don’t think it’s all but confirmed. More like there are some rumors and a lot of wishful thinking.JM144705 said:Wait so is "Sea Hear Now Festival" all but confirmed? In fact they have shows on 4 consecutive nights in August; Crue/Leppard on 8/25 & 26, Green Day/Weezer on 8/27 and Billy Joel on 8/28. The uncovering of the grass thing is a myth due to what Ed said from the stage. Sure they did uncover and water the grass on the off day between PJ shows, but that's not the reason the shows were scheduled with an off day between. The band would have requested the off day.JimmyV said:
Fenway has back to back shows scheduled every year. Aerosmith on Friday and NKOTB on Saturday in September.ComeToTX said:I don’t think they can do ballparks b2b nights. The grass needs to be uncovered for the day in between.

@dimitrispearljam might have hinted around it. Dang.0 -
Sorry for not back reading, but can someone list out the rumored dates/ venues?
Thanks!0 -
There really isn't a rumored list, at least not like we had for the spring. Yet. Just a long wishlist.brenny55 said:Sorry for not back reading, but can someone list out the rumored dates/ venues?

The Sea Hear Now festival is rumored. A radio DJ in Chicago was convinced Wrigley was happening. A ticket broker in Boston was convinced Fenway was happening. People in Philly are throwing shit against the wall and hoping it sticks. All or none of these shows may happen.___________________________________________

Confession: Play me a recording from a ballpark and then play me a recording from an arena and I won't be able to tell the difference. I'm no audiophile, but are people really able to do this? If so, big props to them.erocshifty said:

I'm not an audiophile by any stretch. It's not really the sound, it's the vibe for me. I love the South American stadium shows, but I've tried to listen to Fenway '16 and another one from 2018 and they're just not my thing.CantKeepmedown said:

Why Pearl Jam doesn't do Soldier Field, Metlife, Gillette Stadium, etc. boggles my mind.
Baseball stadiums should never host concerts.0 -
The ballpark shows have been awesome.___________________________________________
