    I'm going to see Tool later this week.  Just checked my TM account to see if PJ tickets showed up, and they hadn't (gutted). My question is...
    I added my last name during lottery(already had tool tickets).  Now I'm thinking it will cancel my tool tickets, as well as kick me out of 10 club. Send your non-gutted vibes my way.

    Not sure that it will kick you out of the Ten Club but have heard it has been tied to some terrible cases of scurvy, which was thought to be somewhat eradicated after the prevalence of pirates declined in the 1700’s.

    GA isn't even the best place for sound.  You're right in front or below the speakers. The best sound seats in the house are generally at the sound board or thereabouts (assuming not a weird set up).
    yeah, personally, the best sound in an arena is straight in the back, a few rows off the floor.  So, behind the soundboard, and up over it so you can see.  Those arent the best sight lines, but probably the best sound. 
    It can depend on the venue, though being close to the sound board is always a winner.l, since that’s where the crew hears it and optimizes.  There’s also a relation between what you can see vs hear. I had reserved floor seats for Seattle 1 last time, and then was a few rows up in the stands for Seattle 2. My perception was that the sound was better night two, but when I watched videos I’d recorded, the night one sound was much better. I think because I could see the stage more clearly on night two, I could “hear” it better since our senses all work together.

    I agree I was expecting them to at least do Quebec and Ottawa or something like that? Are there plans to let us all know at once?  Lol

    I thought maybe they'd release GA first (those should be easy). The assigning of seats by seniority shouldn't be hard though, wondering if with the snafus last week if they are trying to ensure no mess ups (and maybe having TC look over their shoulders).

    How so?

    They clearly said “during the week of” January 27, not “on” or “beginning on” January 27.

    No, but somehow my order number in the Ticketmaster app is now displaying tickets to the Nickelback tour at the same arena.
