Right. The BEST case is "we didn't think y'all cared!" but that level of ignorance sounds implausible, right? Lost_and_no_guide's theory sounds reasonable, if potentially misguided.tdawe said:
This is where I'm at too. 1 simply cannot be true, it would be impossible for them to run the lotteries without sorting the winners into GA & reserved unless (a) they had so few entries vs. available tickets that they could accommodate any permutation of GA/reserved requests (not likely) or (b) every person who entered chose "Best Available" (also not likely).ecdanc said:I don't think it's unreasonable to be annoyed by the lack of information re: GA v. reserved. I'm just curious if anyone has a reasonable explanation for NOT sending that info? I'm seeing the "TM is nefarious" theories (which I wouldn't dismiss entirely), but one of two things must be true:
1) They don't yet know who got GA and who got reserved. Why/how would that be the case? or,
2) They do know, but have chosen not to provide that information now. Why would that be the case?
I still can't think of a decent answer for 2. I don't have a great theory about exactly how Ticketmaster would be juking things around to their benefit, but in the absence of some kind of alternative colorable argument for why they might be doing this I'm left to assume the worst about them.0 -

I have it as my 3rd choice behind ottawa and toronto and nothing for me yet, so just wondering...Fargo, North Dakota (June 15, 2003) St. Paul, Minnesota (June 16, 2003)

(1) Show
(2) GA, Reserved or Best selected
(3) Result
(4) 10C number if Reserved.
for each show in the order you ranked them.
Good luck everyone!

I think you're glossing over people's concerns. Some here are unconvinced--especially given TM's role in the process--by the bit I bolded. I'd like to think you're right, but we don't/can't really know, can we?Zod said:
I think it's moot. PJ takes up all the best seats. Ergo (unless something goes wrong). The worst 10c seat should still be better than the best public seat. The only exception might be release holds later on. Stuff that was held for friends/family/radio but not used. Sometimes some side stage tix closer to the day of the show kind of thing. For the most part though... TM will be worse.yocum136 said:I'm worried since I haven't been a member very long, just over two years, that if I end up with reserved (I chose best available) I won't have good seats. If that's the case I'm more than willing to pay more to upgrade, but with public tickets going on sale first I'm kind of put in a predicament..... should I try to purchase the best ticket available through Verified Fan/Public Sale without knowing where my 10c seats are going to be? According to what I've read it seems I'd be able to sell the 10c tickets at face value through the Fan to Fan Exchange but I know that's a brand new process so I'm not 100% sure that'd be the case.
I love the band and will be grateful just to be in the building, I'm just trying to maximize my concert experience0 -
I wonder what % of GA is available for TC? Will the entire PIT be TC and the rear "floor" sections be for everyone else?Zod said:

If i "win" the lottery I still need 2 (my wife and brothers wife) so... I will be buying at least 2 regardless of the location of the seats or GAecdanc said:
A reasonable guess, though "you don't get upset" is perhaps not within their control. I also wonder how much of an effect it will have on trading/upgrading. Will NOT knowing make people less likely to buy different tickets via the VF sale (because that's the only significant even that happens before our seats are revealed)?Lost_And_No_Guide said:

So, all I've seen so far is Quebec, and anyone that mentioned it, said that it was their 1st choice, and picked Best Available. I haven't seen a comment from someone who only picked GA, or only picked Reserved, and no 2nd choices yet.

How many shows were less that 99%? 2 or 3? Won't everyone who put in for any show, besides the ones with less than 99% get tickets? If they aren't telling where the seats are today-Sunday, what is there to even be anxious about today? I put in for 2 Oakland show and I expect to get them both. Why wouldn't I? I am anxious to know where my seats are since there is a sale to the public before I know. I have to trust whatever I get via 10 Club will be better than the VF sale, but I don't really have any way of knowing this. So it bothers me.10/1/94, 6/22/95, 6/24/95, 9/16/96, 7/22/98, 10/21/01, 6/1/03, 10/25/03, 10/26/03, 9/1/05, 7/15/06, 7/18/06, 8/28/09, 10/07/09, 10/3/12, 11/26/13, 6/18/18, 8/10/18, 5/12/22, 5/13/22, 5/13/24, 5/25/240

well I guess the nice thing about putting only GA or only reserved in this case is that you will know exactly what you got without them having to confirm itPittsburgh 2013

That's pretty much how it's always been with some exceptions, but I'm sure some GA tickets will wind up on the ticket exchange.afgpj said:

Someone on another thread said they won GA. Presumably they'd only know that if they'd requested GA only.JPPJ84 said:
