Hey-
If you received a Credit Card processing error email today, hang tight. Our processing center was overwhelmed with orders yesterday and some authorizations were messed up, we are fixing today, no action is required. If you call or send an email about this, it'll just take us longer to fix the orders.

    yes well I compounded the problem by placing separate orders....guess I should have read the email before assuming prior orders were cancelled

    Thank God!  I don't know what your system did but my credit card company flagged it as suspicious even though I have been using this card in the shop for years.  lol.  I straightened them out and emailed you guys.  :)  Good to go when you get to my email. :)

    I got a confirmation for my order, but my CC shows a transaction of $0. Is this correct? Prior it would show $1.

    yeah, my credit card shows 4 total charges.  charged twice for Vinyl bundle, and charged twice for the CD. But they are each one penny different.
