    Thank you. I only replies bc the email said it’s important we hear back from you. My heart dropped for a moment bc i thought it had to do with the tickets!  Thanks for all you do 10 club!

    My card still shows 2 charges for the Vinyl bundle.  One has cleared the other is a hold.  Hopefully the hold one will drop today...

    Still showing 2 charges pending for me. Very frustrating. Emailed 10c once they sent me a payment error blaming the situation on me for mismatched zip code. Then spent 90 min on phone with credit card company telling them I must have done something wrong, until 3 different people convinced me it was a merchant error and not their error. Finally email 10C and they say agree it is their error and will be resolved tomorrow and not to email them again.  

    Status: 2 pending payments (originally just one). Stoked for the album, not delivery mechanism. I know things go wrong, but silence and no way to communicate is not fun. Don’t want to miss out!  So afraid that multiple pending payment will flag trouble for concert tickets on same CC. No way to know for sure.

    Hi!!! I`m César from Chile
    I have received this mail 3 times already.
    Does anyone get the mail that talks about "two notices"?, the second one says something about changing the "payment method". But my doubt is that the payment was already taken from my credit card (with the one that I made the purchase on Jan. 13). What happens with this? Is there some refund? I’m lost in this part, Can you help me??
