    Anyone else get a shipping email a week ago, but tracking info still says not in carrier’s possession?

    UPS says my copy is being held at a Canada Post depot down the street. Looking forward to picking it up tomorrow afternoon!

    Same thing happened to me. Ten Club replied and said my order was accidentally sent along to nugs for a cd at no charge, and my original vinyl order was received and being processed.
    I just got a shipping notice for the CD from nugs, same as the two of you.

    Even though my order status says shipped the tracking still says order processed ready for ups. Been that way since 12/18.

    Mine arrived too. Somehow it is arrived unscathed, the packaging is terrible. Good luck everyone waiting on this!

    Shipping notification was sent on 12/18 but UPS is still waiting on the package. Sounds like a few others are in the same boat.

    Arrived in the UK, packaging terrible from the EU store, you could see one corner through the corner when it arrived as it was in a flimsy crucifix mailer and of course it was damaged. Ive bought all of these and apart from this all but Vault 3 was packaged great.

    Mine arrived damaged last year from the Euro store. I have to say the customer service was great and they replaced it no problem. But they never learn with the packaging.

    Im trying to think back to last year. It might have been last year that it was poor packaging again but mine arrived fine. This month thats my VMP QOTSA damaged, Nirvana Unplugged Coloured deluxe and Now PJ Vault all damaged. Third Man Vault was immaculate. Worst time of the year to post records so they need to go that extra mile with packaging.

    Yeah, Euro store was the same last year and they send out replacements in poor packaging too! They need to learn from 10c on how to pack these.
