What about those pictures of the Copenhagen and Stockholm arenas?

So far only silence but a quick no for Helsinki ;)
Well, there was this guy over at reddit talking about 12 dates including Stockholm, Bologna and London. I don‘t know if it‘s legit. But I have no reason to mistrust, especially with Imola / Bologna matching with other sources.
What other sources? I am out of the loop here I think.
PJ Online. Italian fanpage over at twitter. They said their source is independent (not Dimi) and it‘s the only city they heard of. So that guy on reddit seems to have a different source. I know. Pretty weak. But still no reason to mistrust so far. I‘m just reading between the lines.
Can someone just post the reddit rumor in this thread please.
Has been before, but glad to post it again:

„ The EU tour will be 12 cities, London (in July), Stockholm and Bologna the ones I know for sure, the album will come out April/May, the delay is due to the vinyl pressing delayed longer than expected.“

There‘s a Lollapalooza in Stockholm btw. Last edition was on the last weekend in June. Just saying.

Cool to see some discussion again.  Even if no confirmations.   I wish it will all get announced at one time.

Whether it is a couple weeks or a couple months from now it will be great to get some shows on the calendar.

Thanks!  London in July would work out perfectly!  I definitely don't believe the blurb about the vinyl pressing, however.
  • I doubt the delay for the album is due to vinyl pressing. I’m sure mike can press them or even call jack white and have the records pressed at his third man plant

Third Man pressings are awesome. Would love for future releases to all be from Third man records.
    Peace,Love and Pearl Jam.

    Gotta mean ballparks if true.
I’m also wondering if they’ll push the limits and see how big they can go

a show at CenturyLink Field or MetLife stadium wouldn’t shock me
Was having a conversation/debate this summer with some fellow PJ fans about them doing Gillette. I think they’d be able to do it. Wouldn’t like it (worst traffic and commute imaginable) but they could sell 60k in the Boston area I think.
Agreed on all points. They could do it...but I hope they don't.
I’m not sure about Gillette... the resale wasn’t insane for the last 2 Fenway shows.

If they test the waters for a football stadium, I would think they would only attempt Seattle or New York for now
People used to say the same thing about Fenway. For years there were doubts on here that they could sell it out. Those shows all sold out in minutes.

Dont forget Grand Canyon. They can easily sell out the South Rim and Grand Canyon Skywalk.

From the looks of it the projection screens will need to go below the stage. At least there's plenty of room for big screens at this venue.

I don‘t wanna say I believe this statement, but getting capacity at a pressing plant takes months nowadays.

Yeah, but PJ moves vinyl by the thousands. Plants can move schedules around (and do) for bigger artists who need it quicker and can pay cash upfront.

I think the general window for an average band is now about 4 months to press a record at most plants (maybe an RTI or Pallas has a longer window because of quality). Maybe that goes out a bit closer to RSD. but there isn't as much of a bottle neck as there was a couple of years ago. More plants with newer or refurb presses are opening every year.

Btw: Tour has to start after June 11. Eddie said in Amsterdam that he doesn‘t want to miss Olivia‘s 16th birthday iirc.

If past tours are repeated then Amsterdam first of course. Celine Dion is there June 10,12,13 and Clapton is there on the 19th. Pretty obvious it is going to be there in the middle somewhere probably the 14th or 15th.

The Pearl Jam related snippets translated by google.

"And, in addition to the surprises that Komandante has in the pipeline for "his" show, the racetrack also has another big blow: the Pearl Jam."

"But soon there could be news for US rock fans, with negotiations still on their way to winning Pearl Jam as well. Imola had tried Eddie Vedder for one of the last summer solo dates, but he chose Firenze Rocks. This time he can take the whole band. The Americans, managed in Italy by Live Nation like Vasco and Cremonini, are planning to return to Europe with a dozen dates between festivals and outdoor arenas between the end of June and July. The Ferrari racetrack is in pole position to host the only Italian date."

The last few years (or since 2013) PJ has had rehearsals for five days or so at whatever the opening venue is.  That might work against Amsterdam in this case unless the tour is opening later in June, or they don’t open the tour in Amsterdam (see 2012).

Pretty sure I remember him saying at a solo show this year that his daughter's 16th birthday was in June and he will not be missing that. I have no clue when that is but on top of what you said that has to be a factor as well.
