Stockholm is not that bad. Pretty normal rates for Stockholm. Been there nearly every year my whole life. Copenhagen is the problem
Try Go Hotel. Reasonable and close to the arena

Looks like Stockholm has jumped quite a bit over the last few days. The hotel I got has gone up by 300 krones per night. Don't know if I am going there, but good to have just in case.

That Go hotel for Copenhagen seems like a good find, not the fanciest choice, but close to the venue.

Egads!! $3,500. Leaving from JFK or EWR? Thinking about Łódź, Budapest & Zurich. Wish we could get to 2nd and 3rd without flights tho... I like trains, too many airports in so short a timespan is a bit of a hassle
yes, JFK/Newark... whatever was cheaper on google flights... Knocking out Vienna makes it cheaper but not by much ($2,900 - $3k vs. $3,500).

Just googled Lodz... doesn't seem like as nice a city as Krakow, etc. Now wondering if it's a must visit as far as things to do/explore before and after the show... But skipping Lodz leaves a week in between Vienna and Budapest...

Such a random tour if this is how it's laid out...
I’m not interested in Imola or London, so Vienna is an easy elimination. Would like to do 3 in a row, the run of Poland, Hungary and Switzerland is of interest to me. I’m OK if Łódź isn’t as wonderful as Krakow, still a new city for me to explore.
I don’t even know why I’m hanging on to the Europe Tour thread so dearly as I had made my mind up I was only doing USA for the next tour.  Yeah, right..

Because a Euro Tour is so much more fun than a USA tour.  More expensive too.

For sure, I could see Europe be a lot cheaper for someone in London or Berlin as there are so many cheap airline options or trains.  In the states there aren't as many cheap travel options.

Thanks!   You are doing more shows than me though.  I am just going to the last three of the tour if it all plays out like the rumors.

Yay!! Depends on the final dates tbh. Could be Amsterdam, could be the weekend show on June 20/21. If none of that works out, Prague! I’m well in the middle here so I hope to catch as many as possible. The spicy 3 would be amazing!

It might not be the spiciest one, but I booked a hotel for Prague. This means a lot to me. This is by far my favorite city to travel to for concerts. Have seen a lot of concerts there. 2012 I didn‘t consider it yet, cause PJ didn‘t have the same status they have for me today. 2018 I wasn‘t able to make the date cause of personal reasons.

I‘m really looking forward to 2020.

Good for you!  I saw PJ there in 2012 and 2018.   I wish Prague was sitting in the Lodz spot.

This has been so intriguing and entertaining to read every day that I’m strongly considering making my first trip to Europe next year for PJ (and other things, obviously) rather than waiting to go over in 2021. Would also my first PJ concert... 😬 (I’m way behind here, I know)
