    Why in the god forsaken hell do they still take the month of August off? Communication is in real time. Crops don’t need to be tended. The country doesn’t take the month of August off. It’s god damn bullshit. These crooks get a summer recess while the King of Douche bags continues to fuck up EVERY aspect of the country and line his pockets with taxpayer money. This whole system needs a major overhaul quick.

    Disagree.  The representatives should be in their districts in August, doing town halls and talking to people.  They should not be in Washington 100% of the time.  I know my rep did town halls and was around for the last few weeks.

    I'm just messing with you, obviously.  I really like Luke Fickell.  I hope he is successful there.  

    Seriously though, I don't think the August recess is of primary concern.  A normal president usually takes vacation at that time, as do the congress along with the townhall stuff.  In some way, they can all cause fewer problems when they aren't there.
