Seems like they're really getting these down quickly. If anyone happens to have 'information' on this, I'd be hugely appreciative!

I stumbled across something to listen to it but don't think it can be downloaded. I dunno...18 hours is a lot to sift through!

    But its also radiohead.

If only there was a site that archived everything. Something where I could look for things to do with radiohead, maybe sort them by date to keep the findings relevant. You never know...

I read that these were leaked by the band to prevent monetization. Seemed to imply they found out an XL employee had gotten ahold of them during the work on the reissue.
  • Tim SimmonsTim Simmons Posts: 6,864
I would think if the band leaked them they would throw them up on their site or do a torrent thing like Modern Boxes. Or at the very least tell At Ease and their reddit page that its OK to share.

TBH, I wish OKNOTOK was as in depth as this. OKC deserves to have the big box treatment (that many albums get, but don't deserve).

    Officially available now.

Man, this is awesome. I think. Great for us fans but, if the rumors are true, unfortunate for the band that it shook out this way. Them officially releasing it is an unadulterated Radiohead bonanza :flushed: SOOOO much stuff to cull thru. Holy shite. Even their demo work is solid. That's no surprise, but seriously, how many bands have a) this amount of raw material b) that's this good.?!? Really glad we get to hear it :sunglasses: Looks like it's gonna be a steady Radiohead diet for a while!

Seems like they weren't every gonna release this stuff, so this is a solid win for fans and for the charity.

Curious...for those of you who have or are considering downloading the songs via bandcamp:
In what format did you purchase them? mp3? ALAC? FLAC? other?

I went for the 320 mp3s. Been streaming from bandcamp in the lab at work all week. Loving all the different versions of motion picture soundtrack.

I agree. I'm a huge Radiohead fan and OKC is probably my all time favourite album but I don't have the patience to go through all of this.

Much like most of the PJ side projects, I've never really gotten into the Radiohead ones. I tried The Eraser way-back-when but struggled with it and never gave it another chance. I guess I really should - especially now that it's all available through streaming these days (I think!).

Love The Eraser. Its different enough from RH, but has aged beautifully. The rest is OK.

WASTE just sent Dls for the new record though.

Well, it’s pretty good. It’s not quite as good as The Eraser but there are some good moments on here. Dawn Chorus is phenomenal.
