Nancy said from the start, you will get nothing until the gov't reopens. And she locked on that position and held both her caucus and Schumer in check (with the exception of Manchin). Her point always was you don't negotiate these things with the gov't closed. Now it will be open and she extract her pound of flesh. What do we think here? I don't understand why anyone would call Pelosi an idiot though, even if they hate her for whatever reason. What has she ever done to warrant that label? We all know Trump does things every damn day to show the world that he is indeed a complete idiot. But I can't think of anything Pelosi has done like that.
