I thought that the sentiment of the thread contributors here was that (according to his own account of things that transpired) this really nice boy was trying to diffuse a tense situation by remaining very calm and instructing his classmates to 'stand down' from engaging with the demonstrators? And that the demonstrators were actually the aggressive and hostile ones- yelling at the kids to 'move back to Europe' and that they 'stole their land'?
