i remember as a kid questioning the Santa Claus thing from the beginning, but the "adult" community had a way of confusing us such that someone like me was essentially confused about the whole thing for years. Why not just stop all the lying? This type of manipulation is essentially cult worship. Kids need to hear the truth.

i was mostly joking....

i don't have kids of my owns but several nieces and nephews all between 1 and 7 years old. I bought presents for all of them and they were addressed from Santa.

It's a larger philosophical question. Do you believe that Jesus died for our sins?

Thanks for answering. And since you did I’ll answer you... I don’t think so. I was raised Catholic and struggle between belief and non belief a lot. I know I hate organized religion. But do I think that event specifically occurred? I don’t think so.
