    Dave Grohl ‘Play’ arrived today.
Pretty cool die-cut gatefold sleeve, and the stage set up drawing is etched into side 2 of the vinyl

  • Seeing them for the first time in probably a decade this week. Do they mix up the setlists each show? Or are they generally the same? Looking forward to it, thanks!

    Generally the same.
Great energy and glad I went, but they wouldn't be a multi-day ticket for me if they played more than once per tour in my city.

Saw the show in Phoenix last night. I think the CalJam set really breathed some life into them and the show. Their setlist had basically been the same for the entire tour, but last night they played in reverse chronological order like they did at CalJam. It was awesome. Started with Run and worked their way back to This is A Call to end the main set, then finished with Best of You and Everlong. I was kinda iffy on going since it had basically been a greatest hits set and I've seen them 5x before, but I'm really glad that I did. Took a buddy with me who had never seen them and really only knew some of their biggest hits. He was blown away, can't stop talking about the show and how good they are.

We have two extra GA for St. Paul on Thursday. What we paid (I think around $250) plus shipping to you. Let me know fast as we'll need to get them out in the mail.

I've never been to any of the xmas jams but they are typically 7-8 hours long with lots of musicians playing each set.  I would imagine Dave will be playing a lot throughout the night.  I have a Saturday ticket and am flying in for it

Dave Grohl played a surprise show in Asheville last night. it was amazing! He played a cover of All Apologies, You Don't Know how it feels, Breakdown, HungerStrike. Eminence Front and more songs with Gov't Mule and special guests. It was the coolest shit I have seen in a long time. Had rail for the show and I got to meet Grohl after the show.  http://www.xmasjam.com/blog/2018/12/9/post-jam-snow-party

Saturday night wasn't too bad either-   https://www.rollingstone.com/music/music-country/christmas-jam-eric-church-dave-grohl-review-766657/
