Over used phrases

There are lots of sayings that are heard on the news, on talk shows that then find themselves onto social media and into regular life that become annoying.

I'll start with just one and see if anyone has interest in this...

"We've got a lot to unpack here"  Or any variation of the unpacking sentiment. Enough already. Drives me crazy.

I've got others but I'll wait to hear yours....

Knowing nothing about it, I’m going to guess sports.

I'm gonna google it - if it's over used it should be easy to find.

    You feel me.

No, no, I don't feel you. I have no desire to feel you.

Yes. After every game of Aussie Rules football. Everytime the media interview a player that is what is said.

"Let's put a pin in it" - let me put a pin in YOU.  If you want to continue at a later time, say so.
"It's been a minute" - I'd feel like an idiot saying this.  What does it even mean?  It reminds me of the Seinfeld where everyone started eating their dessert with a fork and knife because Mr. Pitt did.
"I don't know how to adult" (or some variation) - if you're using the word in that way, you're not an adult.

I am so sick of that one.  People use it like they're saying something profound.

Not a phrase, but people really over use the word "unique."  My fave was a news reporter who said, "Not only is it unique but it's the only one of its kind in the world."
"The stars are all connected to the brain."

Or any variation of "to tell you the truth", "Honestly" or "I'll be honest". Really? Thanks, now I know not to believe one word about to come out of your mouth.
