Well said, thx. I won't have to worry then, I never fold my slices 😉
You dont  know what you are missing.  Just try it once and I guarantee it will change your pizza life.
I tried it once. Hated it. It made no logical sense to me.
(I've honestly never met a single Canadian who folded FWIW)
So you guys start folding your pizza when you get married? Is there a special part of the ceremony dedicated to this?

You don’t even want to know what happens to the pizza when you get divorced.

what are you, a fucking engineer?
C'mon man, we know that  the only thing you care about is that your pepperoni edges are slightly charred!

Juliana's does both: cracker crust and charred pep.

Tried to get into Juliana's once, but did not want to spend my day waiting in line. It does look good.

would have been wasted on a canadian palate.

looks good, dan. we’ll go when I visit.

My girlfriend wants to do a quick day trip (not even staying one night) to NYC for a Broadway show. My research tells me to hit John’s of Bleecker and Prince Street, both are easily within walking distance of Broadway, any advice to the contrary?

Not really. Broadway shows are in midtown, John's and Prince Street are in the West Village. That's a long walk. Hop in a taxi.

Really? Damn, must have been setting my gps up wrong. Well I’m pretty committed to those places now so I’ll make the trip anyway.

@dankind, what is the pizza place right by MSG that is good?  I can picture it, right across the street from the New Yorker hotel....

No slices at John’s (Bleecker), only pies. I used to take my daughter there all the time when we’d go record shopping. Very sweet, tangy sauce. It’s a fun spot for pies and pitchers. Not my favorite pizza in NYC, but I think it was my daughter's favorite.

    Is that near The Tower?
Color looks odd, perhaps just the angle/lighting.  I love mushrooms on pizza.  Eat it up!
