I stand corrected. I had heard Maryland didn't have a statue of limitations for sex crimes but getting rid of the limitations originated in 1996. Seems not much can be done legally but an FBI investigation can determine whether Kavanaugh testified truthfully about many aspects of his youth that he testified under oath to. As such, the Senate could call further witnesses to testify and be cross examined.
