    Thank you.

I'd actually like to try it out one of these years to say I soundly defeated it.

Watched it on NFL network again last night. Loved every second of it, minus Collinsworth.

Is there going to be a special edition Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese to commemorate this event?

When it's on the side with eggs, like bacon or sausage, the natives will dip it in ketchup or syrup. Lines are drawn in the sand. I can go either way (hey oh) - syrup if the scrapple is accompanying some pancakes or French toast.

Ideal scrapple to me is cut super thin and grilled on a skillet, but that's if I'm making it at home (which I can tell you has happened maybe once in the last 10 years). Though at a diner I'm a fan of it deep fried.

The way I look at it, is it’s a breakfast meat so...gotta go syrup. You don’t put ketchup on pork roll or breakfast sausage right?

Mmmm.  I would probably say syrup or hot sauce then.  Will have to slop some out with eggs and see.

Understandable. And I probably use ketchup as a condiment no more than 2% of the time anymore, but I'd say a lot of people still do it because they've been doing since they were a kid.

But nothing beats bacon, or a good sausage link, slathered in syrup.

I keep a minimum of 5 hot sauce staples on hand at all times and they all have a dedicated role: Texas Pete - breakfast foods or chik-fil-a-style breaded chicken; Cholula and Tapatio for any Mexican-style foods, Tabasco for Bloody Marys, Sriracha for the Asian dishes (or these hot sauces go on anything really).

Scrapple gets ketchup and should be thin cut.
