    I reached out to 10c a few days ago saying that it hadn't arrived in the UK yet. They responded quickly and politely as always and said to give it until the middle /late march and if it still hasn't arrived to get back in touch.

    Forget that, if mine doesnt arrive by the end of the month I'm asking for a refund and will ask every day until I get one or they send me the record. Its really got to the point of being completely unacceptable. There are very few benefits of being a 10c member for me, Im only in it so I can buy the music.

     thing is that I'm pretty certain that the last single and deep didn't arrive the first time either. It's certainly one of the the past couple. I know I had to ask for a replacement and I seem to recall a few other people posting something similar. It was around the time that they released the EODM single because some (most I think) of them failed to arrive in Canada.

    Yes I was in the same position, it was the last one. Seem to recall several people in the UK did receive that one without having to email 10C. I did get the EODM single without any issues though.

    I know we are on the mainland but it arrived in Ireland in January

    I'm not entirely sure if it was the 2015 as I cant remember the last one which arrived promptly, but one of the recent ones was just never arriving and I remember I wasn't the only one. It seemed like the whole shipment to the UK or something went missing.

    I believe it was the 2015. It just never arrived, so I contacted them and they said give it a few weeks (i think this was around june?!??) I did, still nothing so contacted them and within two week is was at my door. 
    And just to confirm still not got the 2016 one yet!!
