    2nd of February 2018 and still no 2016 single here. Pathetic...just utterly pathetic. I thought these started shipping in early December.

    the deep mag is super interesting and insightful with how much work this band and their crew go through with just something seemingly simple and something a lot of people seem to take for granted: the live bootlegs. wow. they go the extra mile.

    I don’t understand something I joined before the new year and recieved the download of the 2015 Annual Single and the digital issue of Deep which says Vol 12. If I got that am I supposed to get the next issue and the 2016 annual single. Or do I not get anything until next year.

    Nowadays they ship the t shirt a couple of weeks after you subscribe. The single and the Deep mag will follow as soon as its ready which began as Christmas the same year but has now got later and later into the following year. Apart from the year when there was no single, this is the latest its been.

    Whatever year your payment is processed is the year you get. Even if you pay on December 31 you get that year and that year only.

    Just to clarify - they no longer ship the shirt automatically when you subscribe/renew. You have to "purchase" it in the store using a promo code they will e-mail to you, and which will also appear under your account details. You basically log in, go to the store, and order it the way you would place any other order. When you put in the code, it zeroes out the item cost and shipping charges, then usually ships soon after. :)

    Yes sorry, this is correct. I forgot because I always order the t shirt straight away. For some reason even though I'm international they can get the t shirt to me in a couple of weeks.

    Still nothing in the UK btw. I really don't give a **** who is shipping this out but it's getting totally unacceptable. At what point do we "ask for a refund" for failure to send the items declared in the subscription.
