    10 Club stated it was a typo on the Alive single.

    So did anyone get one in the Uk up to now? Im in no hurry just havent checked in on this thread and wondered if mine was missing

    I haven't received mine yet Paul, glad to know others haven't either. Was thinking of emailing 10C but will hang fire.....hopefully they're too busy sorting all the new album stuff to have to worry about that at the moment. I can wait =)

    Not yet. I was going to give it until the end of the week. When I emailed a few weeks ago 10c said to get back in touch with them if it hadn't arrived by mid-end of March so 16th or 17 the seems appropriate to me.

    I emailed 10 Club on Monday to let them know my copy still hasn't arrived and have just received a reply from them to say they are sending a replacement (Thanks 10C). So to all of those who don't have it yet, you might want to let them know. I'm in the UK by the way.

    Still so confused. I joined end of last year. I have the 2015 annual single in my downloads and Deep 12. Was I supposed to get anything else or do I have to wait till next year?

    email 10C. I don't know if anyone knows the actual cutoff dates anymore. or if we ever did. although I would think if anything you should have the most recent single, not last year's.

    I emailed a couple of weeks ago and apparently its shipped from elsewhere. Anyway they are sending out another. I hope they stop using whoever they use because this isnt the first time. In over 20 years Ive had 3 now that have just never turned up.

    I checked the status of muy order forma the solar single and ir said returned, 10C said the enveloped read damaged, and the Singles OST wasáp sent twice but never got ir, neither, got refund for both, the resto I received in an orderly fashion...
