    So after my email, it was delivered in 8 days from the shipping date to today from 10c. Single arrived in top condition but wish they would get some better mailers for these because they offer barely any protection. My copy of Deep was beat up so just as well I don't collect them. It is mysterious that the original shipment didn't turn up. I'm almost certain they just didn't ship them to the UK, two years in a row is a strange coincidence.

    It might still show up.  I only got mine in Canada a few weeks ago.  Whatever method 10c uses to mail out xmas singles, it's some kind of low cost bulk mail.   They've always taken forever to get to their destination.   In '98 my Last Kiss single no showed after 2 months and 10c sent me another copy.   I got that copy after two weeks, and the original showed up a few weeks after that.

    I don't know how it is in England, but Canada post sits on the cheaply mailed stuff for months before sending it out.   They don't get compensated for it.   They only get money if you elect for more expensive shipping (usually stuff that has tracking on it).   That's why no US retailer will ship internationally via "air mail".   It takes eons to get to its destination.

    If you joined end of 2017 and have the 2015 single...

    2015 is the one with Beyonce.
    2016 is the Alive from Rock Hall.
    2017 not yet known.

    Keep in mind that only analog members get the record.

    I'd like to know what 10C says.

    Remember that Can't deny me is the 2017 holiday single, and is part of the forthcoming álbum, but we are yet to find out which the first single of the álbum will be

    still nothing for me in scotland. if these were sent surface mail ie. on a boat you're talking at least 2 months before it lands and then some. it's not like you've had long to wait is it.............. oh!

    Same for me (in UK). I emailed 10c and they are resending. They said they were sent by a separate shipping company rather than direct from the warehouse.

    I'm also in the UK, i contacted them about 12 days ago and they quickly sent out a replacement which arrived yesterday. If you don't have it by now i would recommend you get in touch with 10C.

    10c singles are like buses. Waited ages for this then 2 came at once. Mine arrived about a 1-2 weeks after emailing them at the start of the month then today I received another. Both came from the 10c warehouse and were posted this month. Always a chance the original might turn up as well.

    I think you need to chase them up if you don't have it yet.
