it really depends a lot less on what he did (mainly because he has accomplishe so little and seems fairly incapable of getting the majority of his party on board with anything) and more on who is the democratic candidate at that point.

Interesting... because nobody on here seems to accept the "well the voters elected Trump so we have to accept his Access Hollywood statements". I actually agree with you completely though. What I am speaking too is the people who are "sickened" by the Porter situation as if it is a choice to be tolerant of an abuser when they themselves find ways to be tolerant of abuse when it suits them. Carper initially lied about the charges and that should count as a big strike against him.
