Then there’s obstruction of justice- I think Comey should have been fired anyway. The investigation that came out a few weeks ago by the inspector general confirmed he was a dumbass and clearly made some stupid decisions. I think it pretty much shows that he should have been fired anyway for ineptitude. Then there’s the fake dossier which spurred the investigation/fisa warrant. Shady way to get things done. Are they getting scumbags that were part of his campaign? Sure, but the charges have nothing to do with the election or trump. I think they started the investigation out of shame/embarrassment of the loss of the election to trump when they had all their eggs in one basket and we’re basically caught with their pants down with no other options. The hope was that they had no evidence of collusion but they might at least scare him to step down or find other folks with dirty laundry they could make deals with. Really anything to make trump look bad is all they hoped for. Anyway, that’s all I got for now.
