They are right.  The economy is overheating and at serious risk for inflation.  My biggest bitch about the tax cuts was that you take away an effective piece of ammunition when the real downturn inevitably comes.  Can't cut any lower...

exactly....from what I am seeing the tax cuts are worthless if you are middle to lower income...UNLESS you have kids.

I have three kids and it hurt me.  I was way above the standard deduction, but now I have to take it.  I did get hit with AMT from time to time.  If that's gone for me, that will take some uncertainty out of it.  

but I said if you were lower or middle income AND had kids....if the credit phases out it's no help at all

Business owners definitely pay less.  I said before that my tax will drop quite a bit...but it's still fucked up

They are intentionally strangling the economy.  Now that they have passed tax cuts on their rich friends, they can focus on cutting social safety nets like Medicare, SSA, SNAP, ACA etc.

Frankly, it's the health care entitlements that are the big drivers of our debt, so we spend more time on the health care entitlements — because that's really where the problem lies, fiscally speaking.”

In a better moment... Trudeau went on to say, “Trade is not a hockey game. The truth is that both Canada and the United States are winning. And so is Mexico. And that’s how we should keep it. When trade is working as it should, all partners win.”

Generally speaking, as long as the president is a white republican male, they don't seem to mind all that much.
