Siad they were going to try and organise this when the tickets rules/info was released. It will be dependent on the venue so no guarantees.

Omfg I won my choices but Natwest blocked my payment for no reason...i have no idea if I've won or not
Contact your bank. Its because its an international payment and im guessing you don't make many of those. They will clear it and your payment will go through also email 10c tickets explain and it will all be ok happened to me once. Its ok
