    I totally disagree. I mean, yes, he is taking advantage, but the people falling for it are still fucking stupid. Not trusting the media has next to nothing to do with what Trump and his minions have going on in terms of the whole "fake news" thing. Intelligent people distrust the media too, but they don't take the step and eat up all that shit Trump spews - Trump's fake news is real news (anything that makes him look bad, which is everything). Real fake news is something entirely different, and none of Trump's supporters even actually know what it is. Big, huge difference. It actually bothers me to think that people are giving this issue as much credit as you seem to be.
