    A lot of the "better" New England style IPAs are very regional and not getting wide distribution. In my area the beers from ODD13 in Lafayette, CO are in demand. As for an actual New England style IPA from New England I would recommend Lawson's Sip of Sunshine.
    Would recommend anything from Tree House or Trillium over Lawson's Sip.

    I like Lawson’s Sip, but agree that Trillium’s IPAs are better. They make a ton of amazing IPAs. I would also highly rank Bissell Brothers.

    A lot of people I know swear by it, though.  Probbaly just because two or three of them will get you pretty wasted.  I think it's digusting, however..

    In all seriousness I had a real beer snob say that to me years ago when I complained that a "pumpkin beer" by their favorite brewery didn't taste like pumpkin...  All spice only and no hint of pumpkin.  The brewery?  Jolly Pumpkin, lol.
