    John Carpenter's Vampires was on tv last night.  Forgot how much of a god, solid film that was.  Not sure where i would rank it as far as Carpenter movies go though (haven't seen everyone).  Maybe somewhere in the middle?

    My top 3 horror film and it's considered a classic for a reason.

    I was thinking the same thing. This guy is clueless. Halloween is still my favorite horror movie of all-time. Gore porn? You must be talking about the pathetic movies that Rob Zombie directed- all of them suck

    i think house of 1000 corpses is a terrific horror film, as its negative image devils rejects.  i also like his halloween remake.

    Anyone ever see the movie Burnt Offerings (1976)?  That was our friday fright night film at the local indie theater.  Pretty good horror movie considering when it came out. solid cast.
