They’re pretty strict with their renewals. Best to sign up close to the deadline. That way it won’t auto-renew til after the quarterly is announced.

It's recorded from two different sessions so each record sounds different. One is hotter than the other. But it's a great record.I'll ride the wave where it takes me......0

It’s a vault payment. 3 months after I ordered #33. Doesn’t look like I can reverse it, so I hope that #34 is great!PJ_Soul said:
Oh, maybe I missed something, but what did the email say??mfc2006 said:
Hmm...not sure why I received that email then. I’ll send them an email. Thanks.PJ_Soul said:
I don't think it's too late to cancel #34. It hasn't even been announced yet, and you can always cancel (or subscribe) after you know what it's going to be.mfc2006 said:Mine just updated & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Also, I forgot to cancel, so it looks like I’ll be getting #34. Hoping that it’s something good! I LOVE MUSIC. I LOVE MUSIC.

Multiple maroon-colored limited edition vinyl from the American Epic series are up in Novelties. Some really good stuff if your collection needs some foundational blues/country/roots music.0

How do these sound? Some old recordings can be pretty rough.jjflash said:Multiple maroon-colored limited edition vinyl from the American Epic series are up in Novelties. Some really good stuff if your collection needs some foundational blues/country/roots music.0

I've the 'Blues' and 'Country' compilations on black vinyl and they both sound good. They're old recordings tho and have that nice, old-time vibe to them.tempo_n_groove said:

Ooohhh, sorry, I know what I was thinking - I've always been able to pick and choose because I've always cancelled my subscription before it's too late to do so, and then resubscribe after the next one's announced and I find out if I want it or not. I just remember that I didn't do that once, and ended up with that fucking Loretta Lynn vault against my will, lol.mfc2006 said:

anyone ever heard Redd Blood Cells? It's the bassist from Redd Kross who added bass tracks to White Blood Cells. I believe Jack and Meg gave their blessing, but I'm not sure. If anyone wants it, I can wetransfer it to you.
 http://www.reddkross.com/features/RBC/
In the summer of 2002, Steven came up with the idea to do an art experiment by adding bass tracks to 2 White Stripes songs and sharing them with Redd Kross fans via the internet. The overwhelmingly positive response inspired him to cover the entire "White Blood Cells" record. Word spread quickly over the internet and soon press such as Entertainment Weekly, Pitchfork Media, the NY Times, BB Gun to name but a few ran articles about "Redd Blood Cells." Check out the animated explaination of the project, and at Creative Commons.
The original intent was to post 2 songs per week, and it would all be over within a 2 month span of time; however the popularity of this art project has made us decide to archive at least part of it on www.ReddKross.com since so many people still come to the site looking for it.
We've decide to leave Steven's diary and comments as he worked on the record, and a few artifacts that happened along the way. If you are looking for the actual MP3's, in honor with keeping with the original intent, they are no longer available here ... check music and file sharing services and good luck. The online CD was downloaded over 60,000 times, so there's a good chance you will be able to find them out there.
Thank you to everyone who supported Redd Blood Cells, as well as the curiosity seekers. We hope you enjoy this digital time-capsule.
Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0
