I complained to them about how horrible the last vault sounded.  They tried to solve the issue by swapping out my copy.  I also had a hard time figuring out if I had canceled so while I was emailing someone there I had them cancel me.  Still pissed they let that one out and may not go back.  I wonder if they could post samples of releases in flac so we could gauge the quality before purchasing.

yeah I got the several failed attempts message a while ago. Must be a glitch. Never really had any problem with the current TMR system. Great thing about TMR is that they seem to be able to get records out when so many others are struggling at the moment.

I didn't even open based on everyone's comments they were all just poorly mixed.

I emailed support about this and they emailed me a link to reset my password, etc.  Their system updated or something.

so I cancelled my vault subscription back on August 3rd....just got an email stating my Vault 49 is shipping.

I logged into my account and it says "pending cancellation"....I emailed them so we'll see what happens

I don't want this Bob Dylan stuff

So....I guess I didn't cancel in time.  If anyone wants to purchase the Bob Dylan vault from me for cost let me know.  I won't even open the package.

I don't think you can cancel the one that's pending.  There used to be a gap if your bill date was after the announce date,  but I think they closed it.  So you're always stuck with one more.  I used to cancel and renew continuously.  In other words,  I wrecked it for everyone.

Its the way its always been. but with the new store, you get weird pending emails when you cancel and don't get the notification until its the day your billing was supposed to process.

Got vault 49 today and am listening now.   It sounds great.  So far a couple of gems, no duds, a couple things I won’t listen to unless I listen to the entire set again. All in all pretty good.  I like having the insight to bob dylans process.   I need to get the standard vinyl too as some of the tracks and alternate versions I want are only on the standard press.

Well, I will continue to get these vaults as I have 1-49, but how many versions of White Stripes stuff do I really need. I guess I kinda like the vaults that cover other acts a little more these days.

I'm more of an "unreleased/demo/alternate version" type of vault guy. I don't care about an endless array of live shows.

I wouldn't be surprised if JW came in to SNL to save the day again, especially with a new single just out (Ed Sheeran has covid, scrapped from SNL this coming saturday)
