I agree with many of the shows mentioned--San Diego 06, Milwaukee 14, Chicago 95, DEFINITELY Milton Keynes 2014--but my favorite yet to be mentioned is Toronto 2003. His first crowd interaction of the night was a very lengthy "crowd survey" about whether we support the loss of innocent life occasioned by the invasion of Iraq. Righteous, pointed and had a great punchline, straight into "Insignificance," awesome moment.
Yesterday, while I was out on the street I
accustomed some folks from Greece... We've never been to Greece and we
might never be to Greece... I just don't know... But, they said that
they're going to be in the front, and they made it to the second row so
we should all give them a hand... They kept their word... If we never
