Since you asked, I'd like Trump to tell Putin matter of factly that since he fucked with our election, we're shutting down some Russian consulates, freezing some Russian assets and barring Russian individuals and business people from coming here to ensure they're not coming here to fuck with us. Then I'd tell him that if they continue to hack our infrastructure and meddle in our elections then the expulsions and freezing of assets as well as barring US businesses from doing business will continue. The problem with having a pathological liar as president is you don't know who to believe regarding yesterday's meeting. And the fact that it was our president who insisted on only having Lavrov + Tillerson (and the translators) minus note takers in the room, makes you want to believe the Russian side more.
The fact that the Russians were more transparent by having Lavrov's press conference televised, while TIllerson was off camera, speaks volumes as well.
