I don't think you get it. I think he should have been gone long ago. But the timing of this is so clear that it's because of the Russia investigation. You certainly can see from a PR angle that this was awful timing. And then to meet with the Russian ambassador in the fashion that he did today? Who the hell is advising him on public relations?!? Bush II didn't use an obscure tool to back out regulations and declare victory, like this article did. Bush I had a Democratic majority in both chambers.
