so matt plays with sound garden, eddie comes in our continent,,so..seems fall tour is the best guess

    Ed is touring Europe?
There have been some rumours of Ed doing a solo tour in Italy this summer. Nothing concrete just some wishful thinking if you ask me.

Im interested in why you put Voodoo-Fest as a good bet? The band played Jazzfest just this past year. If you truly want to go by odds, the band probably wont play Voodoo again until 2019 if this trend is correct:

    2010: Jazzfest
    2013: Voodoo
    2016: Jazzfest
    2019: ???

Voodoo is usually really good about getting that one rock band that isn't playing many other festivals (Ozzy and friends in 2015, Rage in 2007, etc etc) This year we will probably get Metallica for the first time in NOLA since 2012 as they aren't coming through on their stadium tour, and Voodoo will probably line up with their second run of dates in the fall/winter.

NOLA hasn't had a stadium show since 2003, and in a stadium that doesn't nearly sit as many as the Smoothie King Center.

Good point! I think 2019 Voodoo has a better shot, now.

Hard to say. I think they're focused on the new record, and with all the shit going on in the US, I think Ed's got A LOT to say. Stuff that would make Bu$hleauger, World Wide Suicide & Soon Forget seem like love notes. If he does tour Europe solo, it'll be a quickie to blow off some steam. Who knows?!
