I'm curious to hear what pro-Trump voters think about this bullshit.

Well, he is doing what he said he would do if elected President.
The ridiculous voting system that allows a person to win POTUS w/ less votes is stupid.
You guys have eight years to fix that election nightmare process.
Until then President Trump will continue to do what he promised.
Just wondering, where do you call home? By the way you type it s definitely not the us.

I'm curious, how many people here are planning their next family vacation to the countries on the ban list?

I know it's early, but can I nominate this as the dumbest post of the day?

Not like that impersonator H2M who tries real hard to come off as an American. (He sounds like an American that wears a Canadian flag patch on their backpack  )

I think he's from Canada. I'm curious as to how he expects us to fix this election system. Surely the guy who lost the popular vote by 3,000,000 votes and his party are going to sign a new law to change the system where they win when they lose, right?

I've got a PJ20 and Sub Pop patch on my backpack. No flags, I'm worldly.

PJFan is from Canada, you know that country that welcomes and works hard to assimilate immigrants, provides their populace with guaranteed healthcare regardless of ability to pay and doesn't start random wars or spend trillions of dollars on its military. You know that place?

This shit hit me so hard today. Who the fuck are we? How is this okay?

Reading through refugee stories and now stories of people being sent back home after arriving at my airport today. Truly fucking heartbreaking. These are fucking people. Not pawns

unfortunately as is the case everywhere good people pay the price for bad people, take a look at Germany and other parts of the U.K and their struggle with muslim immigrants is it any wonder other countries don't want them ?

I don't know why I bother replying to you but we are not Germany. We have very different borders which unfortunately causes them significantly more immigration problems than us.

Isn't getting a new screen name after getting banned also not allowed?

Heartbreaking is a very appropriate word. This just doesn't seem real to me. We're ALL immigrants.

For people who are still confused about Trump's support...which is clearly many of you...this should be read end to end. It explains so much.

    http://thefederalist.com/2017/01/23/donald-trump-first-president-turn-postmodernism/

Looks like the author wasted a lot of time trying to present some sort of clever intellectualism in trump getting elected. Truth is relative? Thet's the stupidest thing I've read in awhile. The conclusion he comes up with is blaming liberals and people being "PC". He makes sweeping conclusions based on pop culture and anecdotal stories. At least the author writes well, to bad they wasted it on presenting their preformed conclusion.

Idiots. They should keep it in place and try to come up with an alternative if they want to change it so much. Fucking idiots.

You understand it's completely unaffordable. Right? I do agree they should leave it in place as it would die its own death based on needed premium increases. That's definitely the more convenient political way of doing it (though they did back themselves into a corner by shouting repeal which should have happened 5 years ago). However, when trying to fix a problem you can see coming, you need to do something. And the only solution is throwing bad money after good. The ACA needs the majority of its provisions repealed or a proper solution can never be put in place. All you'd end up doing is patching the leaks on the Titanic.

It was an expansion of Medicaid with money we don't have plain and simple. You need a solution that trims back mandated benefits, allows managed care companies to manage care (with oversight to prevent abuses) and focuses on preventive care and catastrophic coverage with incentives and disencetives for people taking responsibility for their own health.

People have to realize that handing over free coverage with no parameters is simply not feasible in a country where we expect timely, quality care (realizing that is not always achieved either because, well, people are people).
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.

Amongst the countries banned why isn't Saudia Arabia on that list......Most of the 9/11 terrorist were from that country?
