Soup is an amazing record. I still mourn what could have been with Blind Melon.

I wish we could get more stuff from their vaults - their live shows in the early 90s were much like the Replacements. Bloody brilliant or a disaster.

 agreed. there were some really off key backing vocals at some of those live shows.
and then some amazingly transcendent performances like "Soup" at Woodstock 94.

No doubt! They were bending toward a more acoustic sound that would have been amazing to hear run it's course.

I got shipping confirmation from Analog Spark on the colored version, tho they sent it in a email with a pdf file that looked dicey as hell. I was afraid to open it cause it wasnt labeled the best. Thought it was a virus email.

Good to know I'm not the only one that thought that email and pdf file was questionable.

Has anyone ordered from Analog Spark before? I'd never heard of them but that coloured Soup is very tempting
