    Saw that someone spent $71,800 on a set of 4 tickets to game 5 of the WS at Wrigley if they get to that point. I mean, really, you have to be fist fucking me.

    Trust me, if we make the WS and I get chosen for tickets... I will be flipping a few. $72 grand! Hell, I'd take $25k for a set of 4! If I can pay my car & all my debt off, finance my trip to Chicago, and still go to a WS game myself... hell yeah!

    Dont get me wrong, if I won the ability to purchase tickets and got offered that for them, I'd do the same thing. That's some crazy shit.

    Public sale was today. A lot of people bought them to flip. Most of the cheap tickets on stubhub are obstructed view.

    I had "obstructed view" for the 1989 NLCS....hehe....only obstruction was if a ball was hit to a very small portion of RF....sat with jose uribe's family for all 3 games....the will clark/mitch williams AB was the loudest thing I have ever experienced at a sporting event.

    Catching Hell was on ESPN 30 for 30 last night. Showed my 11 year old son who wasn't familiar with the story. He dug it.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure everyone has long moved past that, realized the error of their ways, and forgiven a poor man that had nothing to do with the Cubs either losing that game or the series. But thanks for your insightful commentary 13 years later.

    What a week so far, the Cubs moved on to the NLCS AND my offer was just accepted on my first home purchase!

    Dodgers are going to get destroyed by the Cubs...Nats would have been a better series I think but hey thats why they play the games
