    what a game!!!

There were 5 or 6 of us last night here...
Who were ready to jump off SEARS TOWER.

    HA!

I don't post during sporting events......I always regret it later but it was hilarious to read you guys posts!!!
I was a mess! I was working last night during the game, driving my semi. As the game went on, my 600 mile ride was just pure torture! Not only were the Cubs done, but I had convinced myself they were losing game 5 too.

    I was a mess. Haha

    Nothing like sweating
So, What you Giving ?........ (Thanks Speedy, Alesek, & Arq+friends)
    What You Giving

I suggest you step out on your Porch.
Run away my son. See it all. Oh, See the World!

Got these lyrics racing through my head as I search for a Dodgers/Cubs LA tix.

Baby, baby... I'm gonna bring it on home to you.
I've got my ticket, I've got that load. Got up, gone higher, all aboard.
Take my seat, right way back. ooh yeah. Watch this train roll down the track.
I'm gonna bring it on home, Bring it on home to you.
    Watch out, watch out...

Only need one, if you got it.

Catching Hell was on ESPN 30 for 30 last night. Showed my 11 year old son who wasn't familiar with the story. He dug it.

    Shameful Cubs fans.

    Shame!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure everyone has long moved past that, realized the error of their ways, and forgiven a poor man that had nothing to do with the Cubs either losing that game or the series. But thanks for your insightful commentary 13 years later.
I'd like to believe you, I really would but if that were the case, then why does that program get aired? I get that the psychotic death threats have ceeded, but it puts the guy back in the unwanted spotlight. Sportscasters still refer to it as the "Bartman" game. It's awful for the dude. Saw him tailgating a couple years back. Eventually a drunk dude started calling him out (just yelling "it's Bartman") so he ended up leaving.

By "everyone" I meant Cubs fans, not the media. And even then, I'm sure there are a few idiots who haven't moved on. But are those people really fans?
I do think the film is an important look into scapegoating - not only in sports but in other facets of life as well - and it should be aired. Why they only choose to air it when the Cubs are in the playoffs, well, that's the media for ya.

I know Maddon is a good Manager, but to take Lester out? after only throwing 77 pitches? Your best pitcher & probable Cy Young winner?
