Does anyone have any travel advice for parking or best way of getting to Fenway from upstate NY. I don't mind driving into Boston but wanted to park somewhere where I could maybe catch a train to Fenway. Thanks in advance.
There is a greenline stop right off the Pike. Parking would be cheaper and you can take it straight in.

regarding the clam talk - just go to the Union Oyster House near Faneuil Hall. It's the oldest restaurant in the U.S. All types of seafood and a raw bar.

Awesome picture. It kinda says to me that some of the field seats are really far from a restroom so I need to plan my beers accordingly.
They had a fleet of portojohns on the field at Wrigley.
That would be super-convenient if that was the case at Fenway.
The bathroom situation for Foo Fighter last year sucked. If you were on the field you had to go under the grandstand practically to where home plate is. Huge clusterfuck.
Ugh thanks for the heads up...kinda sad I need to plan for it but I totally do as I am not getting any younger!
I think I am going to need to drive in for Sunday's show b/c the last commuter train from Back Bay to S. Attleboro isn't late enough. I am assuming anyway. Bummer!!

Or Neptune Oyster, which is my favorite. Get the warm lobster roll, it's amazing!
Quick commuter question for Bostonians. The Charlie Card does NOT work for Commuter Rail, correct?
Therefore, if I'm going from Back Bay Station To Yawkey Station (Fenway), my best bet is to take the "Framingham/Worcester" Commuter Line that takes 6 minutes according to Google Maps (verses Orange to Green subway line or bus). I would need to purchase a Commuter Rail ticket at the station or MBTA mTicket app.
I think the rail and subway are the same price, $2.25 one way.
