    It's on camera. The question is how else could it have moved? If DJ isn't practicing his putt, does it still move? I do feel that it should have been called a penalty or not right then and there.

    So a ball that's been sitting still is going to move an 1/8 of an inch because the greens are fast? Come on. Do you really think that ball moves even if he's not addressing it?
