Set List
Walk On Music:It Happened Today-R.E.M (8:30)
Band On Stage:08:32
Band Off Stage:11:28
01. Go (Vs. album intro)
02. Mind Your Manners
03. Corduroy
04. Hail, Hail
05. Given To Fly
(Ed says they are happy to be back and he was going to ask the crowd later in the show to get the floor bouncing but it was already happening. He thanks Billy Joel for taking a night off so they could play)
06. Low Light
(This one goes to Jen and Tim tonight and there mom and pa(?))
07. Release
08. Even Flow (Ed throws the mic to a guy on the barricade who sings for a bit. When he is done he throws the mic back. Ed smiles and laughs and yells at the guy off mic “yeah, you're in the band man!” We find out the guys name is Kenneth and Ed thanks him and suggests that if his voice goes after two and half hours Kenneth might have to come up. “I’m glad I have back up.”)
09. I Got ID
10. In Hiding
(Ed says he looked up the first show the band played in New York. It was the Marquee club. He has absolutely no memory of it but he feels like he already remembers this show. He says the next song is for a friend of his who passed away a long time ago. This is for Enrico Salvatore Rizzo. {this is the character Dustin Hoffman played in “Midnight Cowboy” also known as “Ratso”)
11. Rats
12. Down
(Ed says something about a musician friend of his that he lost track of and he was wondering how he was doing. He plays part of the next song by that musician. This is all a ruse to play a song from the film Ishtar.-I may have to correct these details I missed much of what was said. )
13. Dangerous Business-(Paul Williams) from the film Ishtar
14. Wishlist (Ed lyrically expresses interest in running for president, confident he could do a better job than Trump or Cruz and manages to make a small penis joke. And while he likes Hillary he is feeling ‘The Bern’. He goes on to encourage young people to go out and vote and stay active politically.)
15. Jeremy
(alright, this is the song, this is where we get seismic—-you got it!)
16. Do The Evolution
17. Why Go
18. Lukin
19. Rearviewmirror
Encore Break One
(Ed spots a guy in a Mets Jersey. Ed asks if he is the actual player. He then asks if a young woman can move and stand behind Kenneth (the guy who sang on Even Flow earlier) because Kenneth is in a wheelchair and it is hard for him to see. He promises to make contact with the woman and reciprocate her blowing kisses so Kenneth can see.)
20. The End
(Ed is going to play the next song for Kevin and Kim. Kevin suffers from an autoimmune disease. He wanted to hear Just Breathe for them. Ed also mentions that his wife is doing a lot of work for an organization working on another autoimmune disease called EB. He describes what the organization called EB Research Partnership is doing and thanks Alex Silver.

21. Future Days
22. Off He Goes
23. Footsteps
24. Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns-(Mother Love Bone, A. Wood)
25. Unthought Known
(A long time friend of Ed’s made a big request. Ed jokes that he isn’t happy about it especially at the Garden but his friend insists and says Ed isn’t as good of singer as this guy. “Thanks Jack”)

Leaving building now. Gut reaction great show especially through encore 1. Will be an incredible bootleg to listen to. Band was very on. Not a lot of banter with audience. Was in 325 row 1 of Chase Bridge section which had great sound, almost like listening in 5.1. Highlights were mid first set Release and Crown and Footsteps back to back. Takin it to the Streets not so great, a little different genre than usual cover. Encore 2 the old standbys. Kind of expected an encore 3 the way it ended with no bow by band, but didn't happen. Not sure who played Mike's guitar on Rockin. Great Jeff night.TFC '97, TFC '98, Pittsburgh '98, Camden I,II '98, Camden I,II '00, Pittsburgh '00, Philly '03, Camden I,II '03, MSG I,II '03, Hershey '03, Reading '04, Philly '05, Camden I,II '06, Meadowlands I '06, Camden I,II '08, DC '08, Spectrum I,II,III,IV '09, Made in America '12, Philly I,II '13, GCF '15, Philly I,II '16, MSG I '16, Apollo ‘22, MSG ‘22, Camden ‘22, MSG I,II '24, Philly I,II '240

Love how the sets aren't tied to an album this tour. Ton of variety. Band is on a great run right now at least last 3 nights I've seen live. It's right there with their April '03 run.Post edited by kosteva2 onTFC '97, TFC '98, Pittsburgh '98, Camden I,II '98, Camden I,II '00, Pittsburgh '00, Philly '03, Camden I,II '03, MSG I,II '03, Hershey '03, Reading '04, Philly '05, Camden I,II '06, Meadowlands I '06, Camden I,II '08, DC '08, Spectrum I,II,III,IV '09, Made in America '12, Philly I,II '13, GCF '15, Philly I,II '16, MSG I '16, Apollo ‘22, MSG ‘22, Camden ‘22, MSG I,II '24, Philly I,II '240

I thought it was the best show I've seen since the 5/21/10 MSG show and I was there Friday night for the Ten performance. And I didn't have my 5 digit 10C seats tonight and I did in Philly.Post edited by Luckytwn1 on0
