Sounds like my Lexington experience. Got in merch line at 12:15, to the front at 3:00, posters sold out right in front of my eyes (literally watched the guy walk off with the last one).
i drove by it at 1 and drove straight to buffalo trace.

Last show I went to was Denver. Didn't wait outside, inside was sold out of all the city specific stuff. I was patient and was able to get stickers, a pin, a shirt, and the poster after the show over the following 8 months. Without really paying any extra on ebay just through trades and kind people (and lucking out to get the poster here when it went on sale). Was worth it.

Philly 1 is light years better than the generic NOLA poster.

Anyone know if the hats have been available inside? I really don't feel like going anywhere near that.

Why don't they offer an option to "pre-order" merchandise with 10C tickets? It seems like that would be a win-win for everyone, except the flippers.

Its true though. Its not me (and others). Its this 'system' this band/company have facilitated. This extremely limited supply and this tense distribution system they implement. They have intentionally made this a 'seller's market'

For one, I will buy/accumulate a lot less. Im only getting things I 'need' like a poster to a show I attend. MSGs for instance. Instead of waiting around like an asshole all day long then pushing and shoving through that chaos, with no guarantees of success... Ill gladly pay a higher price later to not do that.

I'm right with ya. It's so crazy that it has gotten to the point where you need to line up 2 hours before the merch truck even opens to get a poster. I'd much rather enjoy my day and have a few beers before the show than stand in line all day and figure out getting the poster later.

Because they don't care. Not to mention a lot of flippers are 10C members funding their trips by buying extra merch.

When you see married couples at shows buying the max of everything do you think they're hanging all those?

I thought it looked like a muppet lol
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

It just seems like they went to great lengths over the years to establish the 10C, sell tickets directly, etc. to stop some from profiting, from their success, at the expense of their fans. This just seems very contrary to that and something that could be somewhat fixed without a lot of trouble or expense. If anything, they would make more money and 10C members could actually have a souvenir from shows they attend.

The truck opened at 2:40pm. What the fucking fuck. A single file line turned into a blob of slob. I was able to get a poster and sticker though.
Show shirts and pins sold out, outside and inside. Hats, stickers, and key chains were all available inside. Some posters were available inside as late as 7:30pm when I got into the venue.
Merch aside, it's really about the show which was awesome. Cheers to tomorrow.

  • What's the parking situation at the venue in the morning? I was thinking of going straight to the venue before the hotel. I'm assuming I'll have to pay to park while I wait in line?
