I don't think bedbugs stay on your body.
this is actually more then likely.{if (work != 0) {
work = work + 1;
sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
else if (work >= 0) {
reality.equals(false);
work = work +1;
}system("pause");
return 0;}0 -
Everything I'm reading says they hunt their prey just before dawn and return to their hiding place after feeding.
Sounds like vampire bugs!
I'll ride the wave where it takes me...0 -
KeeeeeeeeeREIST, I'm wondering how comfortable its going to be sleeping on top of the bed in a garbage bag.
Ugh. I guess not going to sleep is always an option in NYC! ;-)0 -
Purchasing the hotel rooms this week for June East Coast Experience. Which NYC hotel to choice for the 4 nights stay? That's pretty close to the MSG?0

I think you have to see the problem from the perspective of the bug: it craves for warmth and carbon-dioxide.
Basically all you have to do is not breath any, and go cold. The tricky part is to do that between midnight and dawn and still wake up afterward - apart from that you'll do fineWrigley 1 + 2 '16, Amsterdam '14, (Wrigley '13), Amsterdam '12, PJ20 Alpine '11, Chi '09, DC, June '08, MSG#1, June '08, Nijmegen, The Netherlands '07, Arnhem, The Netherlands '060 -
This isn't a pleasant thought. Are they reallyl in hotels all over the city, even the nicer ones?0

Enjoy the show!
:eek: I'd rather have a hot vampire in my room! :eek:0 -

Yeah...see I'm just sitting here at my desk, and I'm already feeling like bugs are crawling on me by reading this thread. Plus I just got a vision of one crawling in the warmth of my EAR and leaving a trail of grub babies. I think when I arrive I will saran wrap the bed and sleep on top in a rain suit with all the entry points taped shut. I suppose I'll have to leave my mouth free, but may sleep at a 45 degree angle in hopes of confusing the odd one that can escape the bed wrap.0 -

They could still crawl in though I think. I know, I'm terrible! But I take bugs seriously! I think it would be more important to be sure that your sleep sack is bagged up in plastic before bringing it home, and then either discarding it or throwing it straight into a hot washer.
I'm not so bothered about bedbugs in the city but I just want to be sure I don't bring any home - that's the main thing.R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.

That's really my issue too. I guess i'll just have deal with the bugs if there are any. (i'll have myself all worked up and paranoid and i'll probably end up sleeping in a garbage bag) I just don't want to bring them back home in my luggage. I've heard horror stories from people who've had bedbugs and they've had to throw out furniture and leave their houses for days!
PEARL JAM IN MSG BETTER BE WORTH ALL THIS!<a href="http://www.last.fm/user/Krisdababe/?chartstyle=Krisdababe"><img src="http://imagegen.last.fm/Krisdababe/recenttracks/Krisdababe.gif" border="0" /></a>

Yeah, you know despite this conversation, I haven't SEEN any, and I've stayed in a variety of places in the city the last few years. Even some cheaper places. I believe someone mentioned the Pod hotel? I've stayed there and it was fine, and actually the bathrooms were pretty cool (one of those shared bathroom hotels). The Carter hotel sucked though. Bedbugs would be the least of your worries there. The room I was in in that had graffiti on the walls and one bare light bulb hanging down and frayed wires on the back of the TV. (It wasn't my choice to stay there - I got diverted from somewhere else that was having water problems)R.i.p. Rigoberto Alpizar.
