    Boston shows were great. No repeats over two nights. Good mix of songs. Just an amazing live band.

    Seeing them Friday, very excited. Question though -- is anyone else a little surprised that they're only playing 18-20 songs? Last two times I saw them they played 26 and 28 songs. They're a band that I always considered to put on a 2.5 hour show.

    Jim's been dealing with a bad back this tour, so it might explain the shortening of their sets.

    This is why I didn't feel the need to do all 4 Beacon shows. Capital Theatre late 2012 was, so far, the height of MMJ in my opinion.

    They've still been playing close to 2.5 hour sets and played for 3 hours at Red Rocks...
    but they are doing a lot more extended jams on the songs,
    and flowing right from one song into the next!!
    I LOVE the Steam Engine into Only Memories Remain back into Steam Engine mix they did a few times this year, I got it at Kansas City and Red Rocks!!
